Pink Tradie Ladie was founded by Zarah - a tradie who knows the industry from the inside.
After years working across worksites, she saw both the challenges and the opportunities for women entering the trades.
What started as conversations online quickly grew into a wider initiative.
Today Pink Tradie Ladie connects tradies, businesses and industry partners who believe in raising standards on site and backing women on the tools.
